Confirmations Specialist
Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Confirmations Specialist to join a growing team in the East Metro area. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing purchase order confirmations, reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Evaluation-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Review purchase orders and confirmations for accuracy
- Verify pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor/customer information
- Match invoices to purchase orders and reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with sales, accounting, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and manage open order reports
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
- Follow up on outstanding confirmations and invoices
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, confirmations, accounts payable, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
