Construction Laborer / Carpenter
Location: East Metro, MN
Pay: $20.00-$24.00+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Construction Laborer / Carpenter for a growing residential remodeling company in the East Metro. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with carpentry experience who enjoys working on a variety of remodeling projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects
- Build and remodel decks, basements, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Install trim, casing, and flooring
- Hang lighting fixtures and complete finish carpentry work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, tape measures, drills, and other construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work independently and with a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous carpentry or construction experience required
- Well-rounded carpentry skills, including trim, casing, flooring, and general remodeling
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Ability to team lift up to 80 lbs.
- Eager to learn and take direction
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean background required
- Reliable transportation required
