Customer Service Representative
Location: East Metro
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25/hour+ DOE
Job Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, professional commercial roofing sales and service team in the East Metro.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Schedule sales appointments and manage calendars
- Pull permits and complete lead sheets
- Follow up on proposals and customers
- Enter job numbers and maintain records
- Provide general administrative and inside sales support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to multitask
- Resourceful and able to work under pressure
- Ability to regain focus after interruptions
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
