Machine Operator – Plastics Manufacturing
Location: East Metro, MN
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire
Shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
Schedule: Rotating 3x12s | Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
- Package rolls of plastic film according to customer specifications.
- Inspect products for splices, defects, and quality issues.
- Verify product counts, materials, and supplies.
- Assist with machine changeovers and production line setup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA, safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and every other weekend.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
- Basic reading and writing skills required.
