Warehouse Operator (Forklift Preferred)
$18-$25hr, Monday-Friday, East Metro
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a growing manufacturing client in the East Metro. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering $18-$25/hour based on experience.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Full-time
- Day Shift 6a-2:30p
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts and other powered equipment safely.
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship materials.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Complete inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Deliver materials to production and shipping areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow safety procedures and ISO standards.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
Qualifications
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- HazMat experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
- Experience with WMS and basic computer skills.
- Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Operate a stand-up forklift for much of the shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
