Express Employment is hiring a Sales & Shipping Coordinator in Meridian, MS!

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and print shipping and product labels in accordance with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Verify label accuracy to ensure proper identification, packaging, and destination information.
- Maintain label templates and ensure printers and supplies are functioning and stocked.
- Ensure order details are complete and correct, including pricing, product availability, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to confirm delivery timelines and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with carriers and warehouse staff to schedule pickups and track shipments as needed.
- Accurately prepare and print Bills of Lading for outbound shipments, ensuring all information complies with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support cross-functional tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience within an administrative shipping & receiving role is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
