Warehouse Worker February 9, 2026

Located in Laurel, MS

Pay: $14-$16/hour

Express Employment is searching for qualified warehouse workers to start in the Laurel area!

Job Responsibilities

Receiving incoming shipments, unloading trucks, and verifying deliveries for accuracy and damage.
Processing and stocking inventory by organizing items on shelves, bins, or pallets.
Picking and packing orders based on customer requests or shipping schedules.
Preparing outgoing shipments by labeling, securing, and loading goods onto trucks or containers.
Conducting inventory counts, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers (often requiring certification).
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping aisles clear and following safety protocols.
Using scanners or computer systems to update records and track merchandise.

Job Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Forklift Experience not required but preferred.
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting.
The ability to work independently and part of a team.
