Job Description
- Prepare and produce food items according to recipes, standards, and production needs.
- Operate the Salad and Sandwich Stations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain proper portion sizes, food temperatures, and presentation standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
- Prepare and assemble salads, sandwiches, and related food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Assist with other kitchen duties and food preparation as needed.
Primary Job Duties
- Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and appearance.
- Ensure proper portion control to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Properly label, store, and rotate food products.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Communicate product needs, shortages, or concerns to the supervisor.
