Express Employment is hiring a Database Manager!
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the company-wide database of analytical and survey information
- Perform data quality checks, validation, and cleanup as new data is added
- Generate tables, figures, and other report elements from the database
- Partner with project managers, scientists, and engineers to finalize reports and meet deadlines
- Establish and maintain consistent data standards, naming conventions, and documentation
- Troubleshoot data issues and respond to internal requests for data and report support
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing and querying relational databases (SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
