Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Maintenance Technician to help maintain the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident service requests, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance
- Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with apartment turnovers including cleaning, patching walls, replacing fixtures, and painting.
- Maintain common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and buildings.
- Remove trash and debris from the property and maintain curb appeal.
