Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and energetic Event Workers to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with people, and providing excellent customer service. Event Workers play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, signage, tents, and equipment
• Greet guests and provide directions or event-related information
• Monitor entrances, exits, and event areas to maintain safety and order
• Assist vendors, performers, and staff as needed
• Support crowd control and help manage foot traffic
• Perform general event support duties as assigned by event supervisors
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout the event

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (depending on event needs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous event, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Work Schedule

• Hours vary based on event needs
• Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

• $16.00 per hour
• Weekly or daily pay options may be available depending on assignment
