About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Care Specialist to join our client.
Position is direct hire to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and client portal
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing personalized, proactive support
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering necessary documents, and ensuring follow-up items are completed
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and ongoing administrative needs
- Prepare and review client reports, financial summaries, and meeting materials
- Process client requests such as withdrawals, contributions, address changes, beneficiary updates, and distribution requests
- Collaborate closely with financial planners, paraplanners, and operations team to ensure seamless client service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client service, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or a professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
Salary starts at $40,000
