Job Title: Warehouse Worker – Battery Company
Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
- Process and handle batteries in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory organization
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning to ensure a safe and orderly environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to consistently lift and move objects weighing at least 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
