Office/Retail Manager Position-Poplar Bluff
$17.00-$18.00 hr.
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm w/ some Saturdays 9am-12pm
Duties:
Retail Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure High levels of customer satisfaction and service
- Monitor Sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
- manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaint professionally
Office Administration
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Maintain reports
- Proficient in Excel/QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
