Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver for a busy construction materials company in the Flathead Valley.
This full‑time role is ideal for an experienced driver who enjoys hands‑on work, operating heavy equipment, and delivering materials safely and efficiently to job sites across the valley.
Position: CDL Delivery Driver
Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on delivery needs)
Pay: $25/hr
Status: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
- Transport goods and construction materials to various job sites around the valley
- Safely operate tractor‑trailer trucks and heavy equipment
- Drive and operate boom trucks (training provided)
- Load and unload freight using a crane or manual methods
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety procedures
- Perform daily and monthly vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules
- Complete all required paperwork and logbooks accurately
- Supervise a small crew (1–5 people) during unloading when needed
What You Bring
- Valid CDL (Class A, B, or C) with doubles and triples endorsement
- Class A drivers must be able to operate a boom truck
- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a clean driving record
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable making decisions on the job
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently when needed
- Construction or construction‑product knowledge is a plus
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited CDL training program
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to maneuver in and around trucks and sit or stand for long periods
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Must pass all company safety requirements

- Forklift (certification a plus, but not required)
