Bryce is a Professional Recruiter with Express Employment Professionals in Kalispell, MT. He specializes in sourcing and placing top talent in accounting, engineering, sales, and IT roles. Since joining Express in January 2024, Bryce has built strong relationships with local businesses, partnering closely with clients to understand their unique needs and delivering tailored recruiting solutions. His commitment to fostering long-term connections and supporting workforce growth has made him a trusted resource in the Flathead Valley.

Before transitioning into recruiting, Bryce spent seven years as a team leader and manager in the food and beverage industry, where he developed a passion for food, team building, leadership, and exceptional customer service. That experience laid the foundation for his people-first approach and his drive to help individuals find meaningful opportunities to grow and thrive in their careers.

Outside of work, Bryce and his wife Natalie enjoy traveling the world, exploring new cultures and cuisines as dedicated foodies. At home, they share life with their two dogs, Bailey, and Lilo.

Alissa M.

Business Developer

Alissa is the Business Developer at Express Employment Professionals, where she brings a genuine passion for connecting with local business to provide resources, support, and exceptional hiring solutions. Since joining the Kalispell Express team in July 2024, Alissa has been dedicated to making strong, lasting connections within the community.

Before joining Express, Alissa built a successful career in learning and development, serving as the Director of Learning and Development for Keller Mortgage and the Learning and Development Manager for Mann Mortgage. Her background reflects her commitment to helping others reach their full potential through coaching, professional growth, and workforce development. She is passionate about upskilling individuals to meet the evolving staffing needs of local employers, and she approaches every business need with empathy, attention to detail, and adaptability.

For Alissa, providing support to local business owners and decision makers is both an honor and a calling. She strives to provide clear communication, encouragement, and ongoing support every step of the way—because she knows that owning a business can be challenging and at times isolating. Alissa believes everyone deserves hope, guidance, and support through a networking community.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, cooking on the weekends, and reading. Her Christian faith is an important part of her life; she holds a degree in Biblical Theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College. She is also an active member of the Rotary Noon Club, where she contributes to community projects and initiatives. Passionate about strengthening the local workforce, Alissa dreams of helping employers and employees better adapt to an ever-changing job market. She is also pursuing a personal project focused on improving food sustainability for community programs.

Katelynn S.

Inside Sales Manager

Katelynn has been an integral part of Express Employment Professionals since October 2019. She began her journey as a Recruiting Specialist in Kalispell, MT, where her passion for connecting people with opportunities quickly became evident. Her dedication and drive led her to transition into the Office Services Employment Specialist role, and soon after, she embraced the challenge of becoming the office’s first dedicated Skilled Trades Employment Specialist.

Katelynn’s commitment to growth and leadership paved the way for her current role as Inside Sales Manager. In this position, she leads the inside sales team with enthusiasm, focusing on achieving goals and fostering professional development. She thrives on coaching her team to build strong relationships with associates and clients, while actively engaging with the community to make a positive impact. Seeing her team succeed and grow is one of her greatest motivators.

Outside of work, Katelynn enjoys all the outdoor adventures Montana has to offer and spending time with her husband and twin boys. 

Vianey M.

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Vianey brings a strong background in customer service, communication, and problem-solving to her role at Express Employment Professionals in Kalispell. In her current role as a Skilled Trades Employment Specialist, Vianey focuses on recruiting and placing skilled professionals, including machinists, welders, maintenance technicians, and equipment operators. What she enjoys most is helping people find meaningful work—sometimes even the job that becomes their “forever job.” She takes pride in connecting candidates with opportunities that truly fit their strengths and long-term goals.

Before joining Express, she spent over three years as an Inside Sales Representative at Midcontinent, where she supported customers across multiple channels, handled escalated cases, and collaborated with internal teams and vendor partners. Her bilingual Spanish/English skills, along with her ability to manage fast-paced workloads, helped her succeed in a highly customer-focused environment.

Outside of work, Vianey is a proud mom to her energetic 6-year-old daughter. They enjoy traveling to Mexico to visit family and spend time on the family ranch, where Vianey loves riding horses and being outdoors. Whether she’s with loved ones at home or across borders, family time is at the center of her life.

Ryan S.

Office Services Employment Specialist

Ryan is the Office Services Employment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals. He joined the Express team in July 2025 with the goal of greeting everyone with a smile and creating a stress-free experience throughout the interview and onboarding process.

Before stepping into this role, Ryan pursued degrees in Business Administration and Sociology. Through his studies, he discovered his passion for understanding people—what motivates them, how they grow, and how to help them succeed. He believes that approaching every interaction with kindness and understanding is the key to providing the best experience for all.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys traveling, exploring his passions, and spending as much time as possible with his cat. He’s excited to continue growing with the Express team!

Operations Manager

Amelia is the Operations Manager at Express Employment Professionals, where she brings more than 10 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions. She’s passionate about helping people find work that truly matters to them.

Amelia started with Express in 2014 as an Employment Specialist and has since grown into her current role as the Operations Manager, focusing on keeping things running smoothly and ensuring great experiences for both clients and associates. She works closely with the team and owners to support daily operations, maintain standards, and create an environment where everyone can succeed.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys traveling, tackling home projects, and cherishing moments with her family. She and her partner love playing fetch with their pup, Kali, and spending quality time outdoors.

SammyJo C.

Front Office Coordinator

SammyJo is the Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals, where she serves as the first point of contact for applicants, clients, and visitors. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door or calls the office. With a strong background in customer service, office administration, and organization, SammyJo brings a high level of professionalism and support to the team and is excited to play a role in helping others succeed.

Prior to joining Express, SammyJo gained valuable experience as an administrative assistant at a local chamber of commerce, a supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment, and a property manager for a vacation rental company. She has also held a variety of customer-focused roles, which have strengthened her communication skills and ability to adapt in dynamic settings.

Outside of the office, SammyJo enjoys spending time with her dogs, family, and friends, as well as taking occasional road trips. Her interests include crafting, baking, watching TV and movies, animals, and appreciating the natural beauty of the state she calls home. She grew up competitively horseback riding, studied natural horsemanship, and has military experience. Giving back to the community is important to her, and she is proud to serve as an Ambassador for both the Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Whitefish Chamber of Commerce.
