Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer concerns with patience, clarity, and efficiency
- Become knowledgeable about company products and services to confidently assist customers
- Process orders, applications, and requests accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for smooth follow‑up and communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and navigating customer support systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
