Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate with customers via various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency.
- Become a product expert to confidently answer questions and assist customers.
- Process orders, applications, and requests accurately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Calm and composed under pressure, even when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating customer support systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required!
