Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Auto Body Shop Manager for a well‑established local client in the Flathead Valley. This is an excellent long‑term leadership opportunity for a confident, energetic professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys guiding a team toward operational excellence.
Position: Auto Body Shop Manager
Salary: Approximately $110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Minimal, less than 20%
Team Size: Supervises up to 7 employees
Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of auto body professionals

Oversee shop operations including letters, records, and administrative documentation

Make confident, informed decisions and communicate clearly across all levels

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial presentations

Ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Skills & Technical Knowledge

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks

Strong management and communication skills

Ability to analyze data, create reports, and support operational planning
Experience & Education

Previous automotive industry experience preferred but not required

Prior management experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or higher required
