Position: Receptionist
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist walk‑in customers with professionalism and care
- Help customers with billing questions and account updates
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Generate invoices and post payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process cancellations and update policy information
- Print labels for claims and maintain organized files
- Manage office supply inventory
- Scan and organize documents
- Support Accounts Receivable and general data entry tasks
What You Bring
- Strong customer‑service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Proficient keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Team‑oriented attitude with a positive outlook
- Basic accounting experience preferred
- Insurance knowledge is a plus
- Punctual and reliable
Experience
- Previous office or customer‑service experience required
- Comfortable working with phones, computers, and general office equipment
