General Assembly Operators – Full-Time Opportunities in the Flathead Valley!
Hiring motivated General Assembly Operators to join a growing local company. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a production team, this could be the perfect job for you!

Night Shift
Opportunities for training and growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various tools and machinery
- Secure workpieces in holding devices and adjust positioning for precision
- Control feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts to meet specifications
- Use power and hand tools, including drills, lathes, grinders, and mills
- Grind, sand, clean, or polish parts to correct defects and prepare surfaces
- Ensure all machined parts meet quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bending, twisting, and reaching required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical and metalworking skills preferred
- Previous experience or specialized training in metalwork/manufacturing is a plus
