Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shop Laborer for a reputable, long‑standing concrete manufacturing company.

Position: Shop Laborer (Concrete Production)
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Possible based on workload
Location: All work done in‑shop — no travel required
What You’ll Do
- Set up and strip concrete forms for products like septic tanks, manholes, and burial vaults
- Pour and finish concrete with accuracy and attention to detail
- Read blueprints and tape measures to ensure proper dimensions
- Bend rebar and tack‑weld cages for concrete forms
- Assist with general shop duties and daily production needs
- Operate basic hand tools, shop tools, and forklifts (company will certify you)
What You Bring
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn rebar bending, welding, and precast concrete work
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs (with team or equipment assistance)
- Steel‑toe boots (company can help you get a pair if needed)
