Hiring a General Maintenance Helper for a long‑term opportunity with a well‑established Kalispell company.
If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and taking pride in keeping properties in great condition, this is a solid full‑time role with steady hours and room to grow.
Position: General Maintenance Helper
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements: Must have your own tools and personal vehicle (travel to 7 property locations)
What You’ll Do
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects
- Assist with outdoor property upkeep, including digging and grounds tasks
- Complete basic building maintenance and repair work
- Support light HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Help maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities
- Lift up to 20 lbs as needed
What You Bring
- Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and 5‑panel drug test
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
- Your own set of tools (required)
