Now Hiring: Rental Coordinator – Flathead Valley
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local Flathead Valley company to hire a Rental Coordinator! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage rental contracts
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
- Assist with coordinating and occasionally delivering rental equipment
- Support daily operations to ensure a smooth rental process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Construction or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed
