Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a well‑established company in the Flathead Valley.

Schedule Options:
- Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday
- Day Shift: Thursday–Sunday
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Fuel and service vehicles and heavy equipment
- Perform oil changes, filter changes, greasing, and corrosion checks
- Pressure wash and clean all equipment
- Change tires and install/remove tire chains
- Make repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Inspect vehicles for worn or damaged components and create repair lists
- Maintain filter inventory and organize parts after delivery
- Keep wash rack and work areas clean and safe
- Operate equipment to test repairs and ensure proper function
- Assist with painting vehicles when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Basic mechanical tool set (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on repair experience
- Ability to work independently and follow repair procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Experience
- Previous mechanical or equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Welding experience helpful
- Heavy equipment or fleet maintenance experience a plus

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Frequent bending, standing, and working in various shop conditions
