Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Work on small projects and general facility maintenance
• Perform basic rebuilds on pumps, compressors, and similar equipment
• Assist with handyman‑level repairs and upkeep
• Support mechanical tasks—CNC, HVAC, plumbing, and general shop work may be available depending on skillset
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (on‑site training provided)
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the facility running smoothly

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift medium to heavy loads
• Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

Experience

• Mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
• General handyman or shop experience helpful
• Will train the right mechanically inclined candidate

Physical Requirements

• Medium to heavy lifting
• Active, physical work throughout the day
