Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Laborer for a full‑time role supporting surface prep and finishing work across the Flathead Valley.

Position: General Laborer
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Bigfork shop + job sites throughout the Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, taping, and masking
- Apply stains, paints, and finishes as directed
- Cover and protect surfaces to prevent overspray or damage
- Assist with job‑site setup and cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and use provided PPE
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean, presentable appearance and good hygiene
- Non‑smoking work environment
- Ability to travel throughout the valley as needed
Experience
- No experience required—training provided
- Employer prefers to train new workers to ensure tasks are done correctly
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Light to medium lifting
- Standing, bending, twisting throughout the day
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
Equipment You’ll Use
- All required PPE provided
- Standard tools for sanding, masking, and finishing
Travel
- Meet at the Bigfork shop each morning, or drive directly to the job site if closer
- Reliable transportation is a must
