Express Employment Professionals is hiring Maintenance/Groundskeepers for local parks in the Flathead Valley.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping keep community spaces clean and beautiful, this is a great seasonal opportunity with steady hours.
Position: Maintenance / Groundskeeper
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Season:
- One position: May–August
- One position: May–October/November
Location: Flathead Valley (work across parks and boat launches)
What You’ll Do
- Mow, weed‑eat, and maintain park grounds
- Prep ballfields and sweep trails
- Clean restrooms and pick up trash
- Assist with general park upkeep and maintenance tasks
- Support occasional work at boat launches
- Perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions
What You Bring
- Must be 18+
- Valid Montana driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and stay productive outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform continuous outdoor labor
- Comfortable with mowing, weed eating, lifting, and walking throughout the day
