Position: Welder / Fabricator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on steel and aluminum
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Prepare metal by cleaning, grinding, and ensuring proper fit‑up
- Set up and operate welding machines, torches, and related equipment
- Ensure weld quality through inspection and adherence to specifications
- Assist with fabrication planning, bidding, and customer communication
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Bring
- Previous experience in steel and aluminum welding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Welding certification or related vocational training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions
