Express Employment Professionals is hiring a “Full-time Receptionist” for a local Flathead Valley companies!
Work schedule; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Strong computer and data entry
