Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Outside Clean‑Up Laborer for a long‑term opportunity in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Outside Clean‑Up Laborer
Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexible start/end times)
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Operate a hand‑held gas weed trimmer to cut down weeds
- Pick up small debris and trash and dispose of it properly
- Maintain and fuel weed trimmers
- Report any needed repairs or maintenance on equipment
- Watch for sparks and immediately report any fire hazards or incidents
- Fill in for production line work as needed
- Perform outside plant yard clean‑up duties
What You Bring
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand machinery
- Good decision‑making, manual dexterity, and situational awareness
- Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance
- Accountability for performance and willingness to work independently
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
Experience
- No experience required—training provided
- Landscape or outdoor labor experience helpful
Education
- No diploma required; HS Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Active, physical work throughout the day
