Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Full‑Time Bank Teller for a customer‑focused financial institution in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Full‑Time Bank Teller
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Every 4th Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Every 4th week: Enjoy 4 days off
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service at the teller window
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account questions
- Use proprietary banking software and counting machines
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful presence
- Follow all security and compliance procedures
What You Bring
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Clean credit history (required)
- Previous teller experience preferred but not required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Standing, stooping, and sitting throughout the day
- Regular computer usage
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced customer environment
