Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Resident Advisor for a youth residential program in Libby.

Position: Resident Advisor
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Full‑Time | Day Shift
Location: Libby, MT
What You’ll Do
- Mentor and support teens in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Model positive behavior and help residents build healthy routines and life skills
- Maintain strong boundaries while building supportive, trusting relationships
- Address behavior concerns and recommend or initiate appropriate corrective measures
- Teach and reinforce good health, hygiene, and personal habits
- Escort residents to off‑site appointments when needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and staff
- Help maintain a safe, stable, and encouraging environment for teens
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence
- Ability to define problems, gather information, and make sound decisions
- Social, relational, and able to connect with teens while maintaining authority
- Physically able to stay active throughout a full workday
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, youth work, or similar roles is helpful
- Ability to set firm boundaries and maintain professionalism at all times
- Must be able‑bodied and comfortable working with teens of the same gender (male candidates preferred for this opening, but qualified females will be considered)
