Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Patient Relations Specialist for a busy physical therapy clinic in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Patient Relations Specialist
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time Morning Shift
- 7:15 AM–4:15 PM with 1‑hour lunch
- OR 7:15 AM–3:15 PM with no lunch
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and schedule physical therapy appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Make calls to insurance companies to verify benefits
- Assist with managing current patient files and communication
- Scan documents and complete basic office tasks
- Support providers by reviewing paperwork thoroughly and accurately
