Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Production Laborers for a local stone production company with opportunities for long-term employment and growth. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a production environment. Candidates will be assigned to one of two areas in the plant: the Dry Side or the Wet Side.
Key Responsibilities:
Dry Side:
-
Sort stones from a conveyor belt into designated bins (e.g., corner stones, side stones)

Lift and move stones from chest-height conveyor
-
Maintain pace and accuracy in sorting
Wet Side:
-
Stack small flat stones onto pallets after cutting
-
Work down the line from the saw area
-
Ensure proper stacking and handling of stone for shipping
Schedule:
Requirements:

Must be clean-shaven daily (to ensure proper fit of provided respirators)

Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks

Dependable and able to work full shifts on your feet
