Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Insulation Installer for a respected local company specializing in residential and commercial insulation services.
This full‑time role is ideal for someone with hands‑on insulation experience who enjoys physical work, job‑site variety, and being part of a reliable, safety‑focused team.
Position: Insulation Installer
Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Status: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
- Install fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects
- Work on various job sites, traveling from the shop to locations in company vehicles
- Follow installation procedures to ensure proper fit and coverage
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
What You Bring
- 6 months to 1 year of insulation installation experience (fiberglass preferred)
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, and perform physically demanding labor
- Comfort working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well independently or with a team
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50+ lbs
- Stand, bend, twist, and move throughout job sites
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight or elevated areas
