What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to help customers choose flooring that fits their style, budget, and needs
- Generate accurate sales estimates and process purchase orders
- Assist with inventory management, including loading and unloading materials
- Complete occasional product deliveries to customers or job sites
- Train, certify, and safely operate a forklift as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace
What You Bring
- Strong math skills for estimating and pricing
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Self‑motivation, positive attitude, and strong team spirit
- Ability to learn product details and communicate them clearly
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and light maintenance tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, move, and perform hands‑on tasks throughout the day
