Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Associate Attorney for a respected law firm in the Flathead Valley.
This full‑time role is ideal for a motivated legal professional looking to grow their experience in real estate, probate, estate planning, and general legal practice.
Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
- Advise and assist clients with real estate transactions, contract review, and related legal matters
- Handle probate and estate planning cases, including drafting wills, trusts, and associated documents
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients and senior attorneys
- Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements
- Prepare legal documents, maintain accurate case files, and communicate effectively with clients
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Montana
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred (exceptional entry‑level candidates considered)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
