Key Responsibilities:
- Record, issue, process, and index deeds, mortgages, surveys, tax liens notices of action, attachments, judgements, executions, and other miscellaneous documents.
- Issue certificates related to vital statistics.
- Process applications and file records.
- Maintain updated files.
- Complete all forms.
- Answer queries by searching and retrieving files.
- Update file information.
- Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform data entry.
- Check to ensure files are complete.
- Aid people in retrieving information.
- Process and scan files to be entered into computer in digital database.
- Store and extract file information from computers.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong organizational, clerical, and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers, databases, scanners, and other office equipment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication skills
