Position: Sales / Estimator – Asphalt Paving
Location: Kalispell, MT
Schedule: Full‑Time, In‑Person
Pay: $65,000 – $85,000 per year (plus commission structure)
Status: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
- Meet with residential, commercial, and public‑sector clients
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and review project scope
- Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals
- Manage and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations to ensure project expectations are met
- Support successful project execution from initial contact through completion
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, estimating, or the construction industry preferred
- Asphalt paving or civil construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
- Professional, dependable, and self‑motivated work style
