Lead Blind Installer – $25/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
This leadership role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high‑quality installations, enjoys working directly with customers, and is ready to guide a team in the field. You’ll be the go‑to expert on installation quality, customer satisfaction, and job‑site professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily installation jobs and ensure each project is completed to company standards
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and automated window treatments
- Train customers on how to operate their new products
- Lead and support an installation team, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors regarding scheduling and follow‑ups
- Use Apple smart devices for simple programming of automated shades
- Maintain a clean, organized workflow and keep daily/weekly task lists
- Represent the company with a clean, polished appearance in customer homes
What You Bring
- Prior installation experience in a similar industry
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and confidently use hand/power tools
- Comfort working on ladders and at heights
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional appearance (uniforms provided; tattoos must be coverable; no face piercings; smoke‑free environment)
