Service Agent (Active P&C License Required)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator / Service Agent for a well-established company in the Flathead Valley.

Pay & Schedule
- $18.00/hour
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Process policy renewals and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
- Support daily office operations using Office 365 and standard office tools
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with general administrative duties and team support tasks
- Help maintain a positive, service-driven office environment
What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Office 365 and general office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Prior office/administrative experience required
- Insurance or service-related experience preferred, but training provided
- A customer-focused attitude and pride in your work are essential
