Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Laborer for a hands‑on, physically active role in the Flathead Valley.
If you’re reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in tight spaces, this position offers steady hours, long‑term potential, and meaningful work helping with restoration and cleanup projects.
Position: General Laborer
Pay: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Assist with mold removal, water damage cleanup, sewer cleanup, radon work, insulation, and home demolition
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
- Perform general labor tasks with attention to safety and detail
- Travel to job sites around the Flathead Valley
- Use provided PPE and follow safety protocols
What You Bring
- Comfort working in tight spaces (must not be claustrophobic)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Drywall, painting, or carpentry experience is a plus
Experience
- No experience required—training provided
- Construction or labor background helpful
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, crawling, standing, twisting
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
