Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispatcher for a busy service company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Dispatcher
Pay: $20/hr + commission after evaluation period
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily service routes
- Dispatch technicians efficiently and communicate updates throughout the day
- Cross‑sell services when appropriate
- Enter customer and job information accurately into the system
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support office tasks and maintain a professional environment
What You Bring
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Clear communication with both clients and team members
- Ability to stay focused and accurate in a busy environment
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Experience
- Previous administrative or multitasking experience required
- Customer service or sales background helpful
- Dispatching experience a plus but not required

Education
- High School Diploma required
Physical Requirements
- Standing and sitting throughout the day

- Must pass a 5‑panel drug test (no THC)
