Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Sales Representative for a growing technology‑driven company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Sales Representative
Compensation: $25/hr base + 5% commission on product sales
Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Learn and develop a strong working knowledge of company products, including the Voltek Systems powerline warning system
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and prospects via phone and email
- Manage inbound inquiries, follow‑ups, and customer communication
- Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calls to support business growth
- Coordinate with engineering on production planning, scheduling, and shipments
- Provide regular updates to ownership through calls and email reports
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, manuals, website content, and social media (as developed)
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound and cold sales calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn technical products and terminology
- Proficiency with email, office software, and web‑based tools
- Ability to work on‑site during regular business hours
Experience
- Prior sales or administrative experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
