Position: Dispatcher / Front‑Line Service Representative
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Receive and log incoming service calls
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Coordinate technician routes, availability, and daily workflow
- Provide clear, timely communication to both customers and technicians
- Perform general clerical and office support tasks
- Work closely with the operations team to keep daily activities running smoothly
