Position Details

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour (DOE)

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday

• Location: Local residential job sites (must have reliable transportation)

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior residential painting

• Prep surfaces, repair imperfections, and ensure clean, even finishes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Assist with general construction tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous residential painting experience required

• Construction background strongly preferred

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Must have reliable transportation and consistent on‑time attendance
