Pay
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
The Install Coordinator/Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating installation and service schedules, communicating with customers and internal teams, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule installation and service jobs
- Communicate with technicians, management, and the parts department
- Contact customers to coordinate appointments for installations and repairs
- Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
- Organize and track ongoing projects
- Support and prepare installation teams for daily jobs
- Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dispatching, coordination, or related experience preferred but not required
