Warehouse Technician – Kalispell, MT
Pay: $20/hr • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM • Overtime Available
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Technician for a respected local client in Kalispell. This is a hands‑on, mechanically focused role with long‑term growth potential for someone who wants to build a career in industrial fabrication, rigging, and hydraulic assembly.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Technician will assist in building large hoses and cables, assembling hydraulic hoses, constructing rigging equipment, loading freight, and operating forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse. This is a physically active, industrial environment — the work can be dirty, but the long‑term opportunities are strong for someone with the right mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble hydraulic hoses, large hoses, cables, and rigging equipment.

Operate a forklift to unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.

Assist with fabrication tasks and mechanical assembly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients or drivers.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and a mature mindset.

Ability to work in a physically demanding, sometimes dirty environment.

Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical or fabrication experience.

Previous forklift experience.
