Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Includes two 10-minute breaks & one 30-minute lunch
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Includes two 10-minute breaks & one 30-minute lunch

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Associates for a local manufacturing client specializing in bear spray and pepper spray products. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line assisting in the packaging, assembly, and inspection of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and assist in production processes
• Label products and attach actuators to spray containers
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products into retail packaging
• Load tubs (up to 40 cans) into equipment used for pressing toppers onto spray cans
• Support team members along the production line as needed

Qualifications

• Previous production or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods

Physical Requirements

• Standing for the majority of the shift
• Light lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping
• Handling tubs of spray cans (moderate weight)

Requirements

• Background check required
• Drug screening required (conducted through Counter Assault)
• High school diploma or GED not required
