Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist on behalf of a valued local client. This role serves as a critical first point of contact and plays an essential part in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a service-based sales approach to support customer relationships and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all customer interactions and documentation
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
• Support customer needs using a service-driven, solutions-focused approach
• Perform clerical and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Utilize office systems including phones and computers to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Strong computer proficiency required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be bondable
• Prior banking or financial services experience is a plus

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or certifications in financial services preferred

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and wrists for typing and document handling
• Mobility: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as needed
• Lifting: Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
